He told the Forward that he “wouldn’t rule out that Hamas targeted civilians” but “wouldn’t confirm it either.” “That’s my position on this,” he said. Good riddance.
Surprise! A $100 million Minnesota program meant to help small businesses impacted by “racial discrimination” appears to be rife with fraud, according to ABC’s Minneapolis affiliate KSTP-TV, which reported that “several recipients appear to be operating miles outside of eligible neighborhoods” and “other businesses may not be operating at all.”
In an attempt to appease Russia, China, and France, the U.N. watered down a Security Council resolution from Bahrain aimed at authorizing an international coalition to reopen the Strait of Hormuz by stripping all language that would approve military action. On Tuesday, Russia and China vetoed the resolution anyway.
Terrorist gunmen possibly linked to ISIS attempted to attack the Israeli consulate in Istanbul on Tuesday, prompting a firefight with police that killed one attacker. No Israeli staff were at the consulate—Israeli diplomats left Turkey in the wake of Oct. 7 amid protests in the country and hostility from Turkey’s government.
