President Trump on Monday delivered his first live address since striking the Iranian regime. He said Operation Epic Fury could last four to five weeks but is “substantially ahead” of schedule. Its aim, he added, is to cripple the “sick and sinister” regime’s missiles, navy, nuclear program, and terror proxies.
How did Israel take down Ali Khamenei? “Nearly all the traffic cameras in Tehran had been hacked for years, their images encrypted and transmitted to servers in Tel Aviv and southern Israel,” the Financial Times reported. One camera angle allowed Israeli officials to determine when Khamenei’s bodyguards and drivers came and went and where they had parked.
The Washington Post covered a Saturday protest against the administration’s Iran operation by spotlighting Ermiya Fanaeian, a “25-year-old PhD candidate in political science at Howard University” who took to the streets expressing fear for her relatives in Iran. The Post did not mention that Fanaeian is a self-described “socialist and trans liberation organizer” who founded a group of “Armed Queers” in Utah and has spent years protesting the United States and Israel.
With 2026 midterm primaries kicking off today in Texas, a new Harvard poll shows Democrats and Republicans tied at 50-50 on the hypothetical congressional ballot. It’s a 4-point swing toward the GOP from January.
